Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Koomzy (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Operator & regions

The Service is operated for users in Korea and the United States, hosted primarily in the United States. Legal entity and registered business details will be published when available.

2. Eligibility

Korean screens: You must be at least 14 years old.
English screens: You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and activity. Provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or law.

4. Service description

Koomzy provides community reading and writing, My Space (private records), and guilds (public or private, with no level requirement). Experience, levels, points, the world map, and the shop are not part of the public service. If they are offered later, they can change or close. The Service is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant Koomzy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You must not post illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content. Automated filters and human moderation may apply.

6. Points and coins

Points, Koom Coin, influence, experience, and levels are activity marks inside Koomzy today. Koomzy does not promise profit or a higher price.

Sending coins, leaving them with Koomzy as a deposit, and turning them into cash are not offered yet. The Korean and English pages are the same.

Those features are not split by page language. They are not switched on yet, so you cannot send them or find them on an exchange today. If they open, people still cannot trade them directly with each other. Only an approved exchange would be considered. Koomzy will update these terms before that switch.

Marks gathered by cheating may be removed or changed. The world map is a trial screen, not a way to buy or sell land. Paid checkout is not offered yet. If a consumer-protection law applies to you, that law still applies.

7. Prohibited conduct

Including: spam, scraping, cheating growth systems, evading sanctions, impersonation, malware, unauthorized access, or interfering with other users.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Community content is user-generated.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KOOMZY AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Governing law & disputes

United States users (default): Laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except mandatory consumer protections in your state of residence.
Korea users: Mandatory provisions of Korean law (including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Framework Act on Consumers) apply where they cannot be waived by contract. Disputes may be submitted to competent courts in Korea or consumer dispute resolution bodies as applicable.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Contact

Official inquiries: use in-Service support channels. Registered business contact will be added when an operating entity is named.

Orders, refunds, and settlement

Koomzy does not take paid orders today. Points and coins do not stand in for payment.

If Koomzy later opens orders tied to writing or recommendations, these terms will explain the order, cancellation and refund, and how the seller and Koomzy settle, before that switch. Until then, refunds and settlement are not available.

Those orders are not a way to send coins or turn them into cash. Sending coins, holding them, and cashing them out stay closed in Korea. They are being built for the United States and are not switched on.

Rules if coin features open in the United States

Sending coins or turning them into cash is not switched on.

If those features open later, the page language still does not split them. Only an account that has finished identity checks can trade. They are not switched on.

People cannot send coins directly to each other. If a trade path opens, Koomzy would consider only an exchange it has approved. The exchange name will be written in these terms before any connection. No exchange is connected now.

Koomzy does not promise a higher price, a profit, or that you will get your money back. These terms will be updated again before the switch.

Language and country

Reading Koomzy in Korean or in English does not change records, guilds, or public posts.

Issuing and trading virtual currency is not switched on in either language. Korean and English share the same profile. The page language does not open or close this feature.

Koomzy does not say the price will rise or that you will earn a return.
